    I hardly know where to begin in writing a review for the AMAZING Dawn Nowak Team and the job they did in helping us sell our home. We contacted Dawn 3 YEARS ago when we initially intended to sell (and move South where the kids are), and yet she was endlessly patient with us until we finally had it “together” enough to actually sell this past Spring (2026). Early on, she walked us through EVERY step of the selling process - which was far different than when we bought the house 15 years ago. She gave us GREAT advice - room by room - regarding how to stage the home and what improvements we could make to maximize the return at sale time - and it WORKED.
